"Booked the most expensive room ocean front and really enjoyed our room until we heard alot of jumping around and thumping cpming from roomabove us. After waiting an hour for it to stop we called down to front desk and she said she would call the room above us. Hour later still non stop thumping called again and she said the people said they were not making any noise. I went upto third floor and did indeed seen a family with two small children coming out of the room. We asked for a different room which they graciously gave us but no longer have full ovean view. The rooms are clean spacious I recommend asking from r a third floor room only."
