“Upon first entry of the hotel there was a strong septic odor. I mentioned this to Elizabeth at the front desk (who was extremely helpful) and she stated that when they do a lot of laundry the septic smell is more pronounced. This should have been my sign. The first room we were given had mold on the ceiling. The second room had a slow drain in the sink and the sink nor the tub appeared to have been cleaned. “I’ve stayed here every year for a while now.. I love the people, the location… I love that it’s not all fixed up. However, the giant holes/dents in the walls could use some patching … there could definitely be some upgrades (pull out couches). But overall, it’s always a peaceful place to stay and I’ve never had anything happen in the years I’ve stayed here.”

“This property was immaculate! So clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were pretty with soft sheets, lots of pillows and comfortable beds. There were wonderful touches like nice soap, shampoo and body wash, plentiful towels - even a makeup remover washcloth. There’s coffee next to the coffee maker and an array of spices in the cabinet. There was a throw blanket on the couch and extra blankets in the living room and bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all the rooms Lots of windows to get the sea breezes……
