Staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast was superb. Only issue is the bathroom shower, extremely small and one of those acrylic type. Area is pretty noisy at night from cars and people talking at odd times of the night. Italy does not allow A/C to be turned on until like May so although they gave A/C in the bldg they could not turn it on.
