"I payed for a king bed and when I arrived at the property late with a baby our room had a 2 double beds. When we complain the resort told us they all booked and that its not their responsibility for the beds and that expedia is responsible. When i talked with an expedia agent on premises he told me he cannot do anything so we asked for an upgrade or some additional amenities.. he said he would get back to me and never did. Also, one night at dinner my husband was eating shrimp and a mussels shell pierced through his gum. He was bleeding and all the staff kept saying : “its just mussel shell”. Dismissing the severity of the injury. In a whole i was really not impressed with my stay and the way things were handled. I would like some kind of compensation for all of this or refund. "

"Great resort for all ages, families, couples, groups. Really nice amenities including a coffee hut and spa. The casino was nice but could use an upgrade, but obviously so much else to do besides gambling. "

"Pools closed too early. Resort routinely smelled of sewage. Food was average. Rooms were great but a/c couldn’t keep up. Main ‘mall’ area was excellent. So much to see and shop. Room service was above average!"
