"The host never responed to our repeated attempts via text, email and phone about how to access the property. We ended up staying in separate hotel rooms on Thanksgiving weekend. To add insult to injury, the VRBO rental fee was deducted from our bank account and we are now waiting for VRBO to process our refund."

"In town for a wedding, our family wanted to stay together at this large house. Upon check-in and choosing bedrooms we noticed that none of the sheets had been washed (hair, boogers and mascara on the beds). In many of the bathrooms, there was only one clean towel. We planned to make dinner the first night in the huge kitchen, but it had no forks and very few cups. Confetti and sequins on the floors, and crumbs in the refrigerator. "The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations."
