"We enjoyed the condo and the million dollar views. Inside condo was very clean, bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Condo feels very specious, perfect for couple or small family. We did not use sleeper sofa so unsure if it is comfortable. Easy beach access from Condo and there is a pool also close to building. We would highly recommend this condo. "The Spa at Port Royal is very quiet and easy to drive all over Hilton Head. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly....only recommendation is to get some new pillows on all beds. Thanks so much for sharing your space!"

"This was an amazing place to stay. Very nicely decorated. It was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. They had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a wagon to haul all our belongings to the beach. That was a huge bonus. The beach is like a 2 minute walk. You could see the ocean from our balcony. It was such a beautiful beach. Perfect for walking in the mornings. The hosts were great and so easy to communicate with. Very friendly. This was a perfect place for me...

"We enjoyed the apartment and location. Easy walking to lots of Savannah attractions. The place was quiet. We could have used regular hangers in the closet. Three wire hangers, and one cast off from a clothing store was a bit cheap. We had brought coffee from the NW with us, but had no regular coffee pot. (Keurig in unit). Parking was easy to find street side, and with our holiday/weekend stay, mostly free."

"The condo was very nice, exactly as described. It has games for kids, and adults. The kitchen is well stocked! There is a little porch that was nice to sit out on. There is an indoor pool inside this building. The pools are big and nice and clean. There is a deli at one of the pools and a tiki bar at the end of the boardwalk by the beach that has great food! The owner is very nice and informative! Overall it was a nice, short vacation. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Good for walking access to just about anything! Be ready for noisy nights as this is on the main drag so you have late night cruisers and parties. Not bad but be prepared. Quiets down late. We loved our stay and would come back!"

"As others have said this is a small place, but it gets the job done. The pickleball courts are right across the way and we used them a lot. Unfortunately, the large pool was broken for a couple of days, but once working it was great. The walk to the beach was easy, as well. I would recommend this place."

"The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"

"Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again "
