"Very nice hotel for a couple of nights"

"Great breakfast with a large variety of food and beverage items. The hotel is located on The Strip in Pittsburgh. We didn't drive the entire 5 days we were there. A variety of shops, restaurants, and things to do on the strip. The hotel has a nice indoor pool, exercise room, and outdoor patio. Every staff person we met was helpful and kind. "

She remarked that she recollected who I was when we met as I checked-out - that's meaningful Customer Service. Kudos to Shane and Annmarie (Front Desk) for their professionalism, assistance and humor during check-in. Kudos to Anthony, the lone Bartender, for patiently and deftly managing a full bar late at night."

"Fantastic service from the parking garage to the front desk to the housekeeping. My daughter loved the cookies as well. I will say the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired on the food side but the staff is very nice. "

I was glad I was staying there! Loved the covered entrance from parking. Helpful with rain. Feeling of spaciousness. "
