The room was clean but we ran out of toilet paper and no extra rolls in the room. The room was good but the hallway rugs were very dirty. The water in the room would make a loud noise while using and I’d wake up in the night when a room
Beside me using water in the night. No pool as advertised. There was no breakfast like advertised. There was a sign saying when it was open but we asked in the morning and they said we’re doing breakfasts.

Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process.

It was just for a budget 2 night stay at first, but the hotel was surprisingly good. I guess partly because it has an industrial/ contemporary style design, everything is so easy to clean and so it’s clean! They have a gated parking for guests which is only assessable with room key cards, it gives a sense of safety that my car is secured while parking on site. The breakfast was okay, but the cappuccino was meh… staffs are friendly and helpful. The only problem is it’s about 20mins walk from where all the sightseeing stuffs in downtown Detroit are, and it’s 33 degree Celsius out there I rather take an uber (it’s just about $10 one way anyway)

"The shuttle to the air port runs 24/7 so that was very helpful. However they dont make coffee in the lobby till 230am. There was no wash cloths in the bathroom and I never got the wifi to work but we had to go to sleep early so i didnt worry with it.. Bob Evans restaurant was within walking distance ..."

"We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed.
