"Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door."

"The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value."

"We absolutely enjoyed it and found it very easy to enjoy our stay at the Oakton St Inn. The place is absolutely spotless and is exactly as shown. As you walk in you are embraced by a very cute surprisingly large space that has so many tasteful local decorations. It's a fun place. She has one of everything that you need right there. "Everything was amazing. The house was a ten minute walk from Logan Square's Blue Line station, so very easy to get downtown. The house was exactly as shown in the listing, and the neighborhood was almost like a postcard picture. 100/10, definitely would rent again!"

The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund.
