"The wait for elevators was extremely long some times 20 minutes they charge for parking even though you are staying i had one night that I had to park down the street in a unsecured parking lot. all they said when I said the garage is full is I don't know what to tell you, also the staff in the restaurant was allowing 2 Black men to be extremely loud using filthy language when we complained they just told them they were bothering us so we just left and they began to call us Donald Trump there...
