“There was one older lady at the front desk who was nice and helpful. The other three I spoke to here short and rude and seemed unknowledgeable. They make guests sign in and out for stained beach towels. And, frankly, the website makes it seem like the property is near the beach and has beach access. It’s crammed in a parking lot of a small upscale shopping center. The public beach access was about a half mile or so down the road. Finally, check out is at 10 and they were rude when I asked……

Because of management they had our room ready at 4 pm after driving 13 hours we arrived at 5:30 pm with elevator not working having to walk up 3 flights of stairs.Get to the room and the door keypad would not lock so for our safety we requested another room and they wanted us to send a video of proof that the keypad would not lock so we did they moved us to another room on second floor That room was not clean we were told by maintenance we could not come in the room so……

“We were on 38 for about a week and had rented a home however I had heard that this property had great reviews and my six-year-old daughter really needed a pool to play in so we decided to try it for two days. And let me tell you I was blown away. This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at in my whole life because of the amenities you get access to the beach club, which is completely separate than the pool on the hotel property, the beach club is a few steps around the corner from the hotel……

“I liked how close the hotel was to the beach. I did not like that there was a raccoon and her babies living under the walking area and was being fed by some guest any hour of the day. I was uncomfortable going to and from the beach. I did not like that there was a crack in the bathtub that was leaking to the room below me, where my daughter and her family were. We both had to relocate to other rooms. They were there since Sunday and had to move to another room on Tuesday. I checked in on……
