"Communication was great. Parking was easy, the area was nice. Room was simple, clean but had a musty wet basement smell….. the smell lingered into our clothing. They need to install a humidifier or something similar to take the moisture out of the room. They had a air wick plug in hanging from random cord from the wall which was not only a fire hazard but it didn’t really help to cover up the smell. "

"Property is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The view is beautiful but the property is not well equipped with anything - don’t expect to be able to cook. And be prepared to do lots of laundry because towels are limited to one hand towel, one wash cloth, two bath towels and no dish towels for the entire unit."

"Heated pool is right there. Pickle ball courts etc are just across driveway. Plus a sandy beach on bay. Nice development and low price. Bring your own eating utensils and beach towels. "
