“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“We visited for my birthday because of our interest in historic and haunted places. As a disabled couple we greatly appreciate all of the assistance that we received from the staff, especially Kazzandra at the front desk. She was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Also, the breakfast was amazing! It had a wide selection and was presented nicely. The property has the quirks and character that you'd expect from a building of it's age. As long as you understand and appreciate……
