You can hear your neighbors clearly through the walls as well as people out in the hot tub/pool area late into the night. Parking is expensive at $25 per night. Their app did not work for check-in or check-out. ”

“It was just ok at best. The beach is not private. For the expense, it was not worth it. The staff was very nice. It seemed advertised as something it is not. The truth is on and near Anna Maria island there is endless beach access points which is fine. However that isn’t what they advertised.
