"Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

Essentials provided so no quick trips to the grocery store upon arrival. The elevator was tremendously helpful since one of us has knee issues and would not have been able to walk up and down all of the stairs. Would definitely stay there again!"
