“If your stay is several days, this is a great option. Beautifully appointed efficiency within 10 min walk of downtown attractions. You get so much more for your money than a mainstream hotel as long as you don’t mind the walk. Modern, responsive, secure staff-less approach was flawless.”

“The outdoor amenities are amazing. The rooms look nice but the bathrooms are dated. The bar and restaurants don't offer a lot of options and it is pricey.”

“Been staying in Florida last couple weeks for work, easily the best hotel stayed in way above the rest. The atmosphere of this hotel is so relaxing, everyone is so helpful. I had laundry to do, free washer dryers is such a plus for out of towners. Just so comfortable, everything you could need or want right there. I will be back there for sure when I stay in the area. ”

“It was ok. Pros - access to both properties, could always find a chair, activities for kids. Cons- elevators didn’t work, room seemed clean enough but the AC smelled like sewage. Drinks were expensive. Resort fees if 55+ per day and parking. Overall in a bit of disrepair. ”

“The large suite had a spectacular view with floor to ceiling windows facing Tampa Bay and downtown. The front desk staff was very helpful, but we saw no other staff. Amenities were sorely lacking. Neither the rooftop bar or and lobby cafe were open. The coffee pot in the room was dirty from prior guest. The room was clean, but maintenance was lacking. The bathroom light flickered, the shower plumbing made loud hammering noises while it was being adjusted. Parking at the hotel was full. Had to……

“Pool is closed to construction”

“The property was well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size and it over looked the pool. The pool and hot tub were clean and a good size. The beach was clean and beautiful. Just to note the pool is not heated and beach chairs are not included . I would return .”

“Our room was clean as well as the halls. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I loved the lemon water available throughout the day. In addition, the warm cookies was the icing on the cake.... well cookies!”
