“Great hospitality and theater”

“Loved my stay, rooms very clean. A/c good and cold. And at the front desk i met the sweetest lady called Grannie Ann. She's a true diamond. So glad I met this little lady made us feel right at home. This was not a vacation trip . I was in town for horrible reasons but.This hotel was a blessing me and my granddaughter was able to come to the room decompress and relax at the indoor pool”

“The room was clean the bedrooms were quiet and the area was nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and had great service. The only thing I would change is I would open the pool up earlier in the morning, it opened at 10 and we could not use it and in the room we could not control the thermostat on our AC so we could not keep the fan running through the night. Other than that everything was great.”

“Ok place to stay for 1 or 2 night if your just visiting. Sleep was good. TV good. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Toilet was very slow. Clean and quiet for being next to highway.”

“We only interacted with the staff at check in. The gentleman was kind and helpful. There is pretty decent coffee in the morning but no real breakfast - this isn’t that kind of hotel. The room was immaculate and looked newly remodeled. Everything worked. I appreciated the tub with an anti-slip guard adhered to the floor. Have not seen that in other hotels. Will stay there again as we travel through this area. We were only there for one night - checked in around midnight and had to be on……

“The room was fine, well cleaned and the staff was helpful there were several lights that didn't work and the tub drain was very slow. the A/C worked good and the meal was okay. we would stay there again”

“The beds were and made, and towels were replenished - but the trash was not taken out, nor was the floor vacuumed, we were out of tissues. The bathtub is very slow to drain, after shower I had a lake in the bathtub.”

“I believe this is the cleanest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. It was actually cleaner than a Marriott I stayed in a month ago. The room was very spacious and plenty of counter space to put our belongings. The staff was kind and helpful before I could even enter the doors. Got to check in early, which was a plus after a long drive. The room was comfortable, clean and cool.”

“It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell.”
