Really easy to find, right off the highway. All staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was impressive for the amount we paid for the room. It was an assortment of muffins/ bagels/toast and your typical continental breakfast stuff with additional microwave-heated eggs/ sausage and a self serve Belgian waffle maker. Breakfast area was clean and well looked after. As far as the room, it was fine. Beds were comfortable, shower hot, good pressure. 👎The light over the fridge was burnt out, visible crud built up under shower faucet and shampoo dispenser, hair dryer had someone's makeup stuck to it, ironing board was broken and stained. All in all, pretty good for $160/ night.

Upon getting our key and looking at our room, I saw food left in the fridge and something spilled in it also. I also noticed it was not vacuumed. it was enough to complain about, but when I spoke to the manager about it, he asked what was wrong with the room. I told him and he. threw up his arms and said "well then, go to another place!" Since I booked with Expedia for the week, my total bill was already charged. I asked him if he had another room which I did take. I have stayed at Quality Inn before and it was much better than this one. Linens were clean but overall, the rest needed better cleanliness and definitely updating. Other staff members were polite. I will never stay there again tho.

Nice staff clean room, felt safe for two women in our twenties. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. The location is ideal for travel into Springfield, no creeps and weird people, safely lit parking lot for returning from evening activities.
