Whether it is from the second story heated swimming pool, one of the grand decks fronting the home, or from one of the spacious rooms inside, you will be impressed with the views. The shoreline here stretches for miles and miles and you can spend hours waking the beach discovering one treasure after the next as nature rolls up onto the shore.

For the yoga enthusiast, mornings on the upper deck are nice and cool and you will enjoy sunrise yoga daily with a show put on just for you! The location is heavenly and you will quickly find that there is no place else that you would rather be.

Pool heat is available for a fee of $150. Please let us know if you are interested in adding this amenity at least two days prior to arrival as it takes that long for the pool to heat up.

The Sand Castle is located on a quiet residential street with many full-time neighbors. It is imperative for us that guests are respectful of our neighbors. Please be considerate. Do not book this home if you plan on being loud and disruptive.

* No more than 15 guests allowed, including daytime guests or visitors. The number of guests in the house cannot exceed the number of guests reported at the time of booking without prior authorization.
* No parties, special events, or large gatherings allowed at any time.
* No street parking. Our home can only accommodate 6 cars max in the garage and driveway. If you plan on having more cars, including daytime visitors, please do not book our home.
* No smoking or vaping.
* Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with an undisclosed pet and the reservation will be immediately terminated with no refunds due.
* Quiet hours are at 9pm-8am. You will be charged $100 per occurrence if there is a noise complaint from neighbors.
* Security/recording devices located in the front and back yard.
Please use the outdoor shower for shoes and feet before entering the home and as a courtesy to the next guest please also rinse off all beach equipment before returning. Thank you.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
