This nicely upgraded unit comes with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. King bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom will allow this unit to comfortably sleep 4 people. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was over Easter week and it was beautiful as always. Very relaxing, we to the beach every day. A little windy but still warmer than home. We will be back again next yr. We love to catch the farmers market on Saturday at the amphitheater. The restaurants are plentyful and good.
