KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will feel right at home in this kitchen, complete with all the appliances needed for whipping up tasty meals. Ample cabinet and counter space make meal preparation a breeze.
When it’s time to eat, four can perch at the kitchen bar, while the adjacent dining seats six.
BED & BATH
This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms, each with hotel-quality linens, a TV, and a ceiling fan.
The main suite has a king bed and direct access to the private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Across the hall, the guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Step out to your balcony and enjoy morning coffee with an ocean view! This private outdoor space has seating for four.

THE LOCATION
Spend sunny days enjoying family-friendly beach activities -- a 14-mile stretch of white sand beach is just outside your door. You can rent water sports equipment or bikes from nearby shops. This walkable area is close to a number of shops, restaurants, and other entertainment.
Head to historic downtown St. Augustine (7.7 miles) and explore the cobblestone streets of the country’s oldest city. Activities include ghost tours, carriage rides, an alligator farm, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
