The location was in great proximity to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hills, and shopping centers or restaurants. You can tell the house was a new build given other new homes being built in the development. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has all modern appliances. TV with numerous apps and Wi-Fi throughout home were awesome bonuses. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the king-sized bed on main level but if one-person is not able to crawl across bed, the lg TV hanging on wall (which we never used) will be negative to walking around bed. “Tipical Canadian tiny house near Falls. Very simple but with all what is needed. In a neighborhood with all beautiful canadien houses. We could see a rabbit ! But take care if you have difficulties with stairs , you have stairs to go into the house.”

“This is the second time we've stayed here and it was the same both times -- perfect. The house is as beautiful as it looks in the listings but the photos can't show you how well appointed it is. Sophia has thought of everything you might need, whether a necessity or comfort. She's also very responsive and helpful. The location is really convenient to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lakes (and super close to the Outlets). It's a quiet, relaxing place to be between sightseeing and other vacation...

“The property was clean and welcoming. Very modern and most conveniences were provided. It is light and airy with a very modern feel. The only thing that would be nice would be to have some coffee pods available (there was only 1, and we were a group of 4). Beyond that it was a pleasurable stay and we will definitely be booking it again for our next getaway!”

“My husband and I wanted a little spot to rest while visiting all of the beautiful places around the area. This little place was the perfect size for our needs. It was pretty cold, so we weren't able to enjoy the lovely firepit or the grill outside, but we enjoyed the cozy indoor fireplace and sitting in front of it in the evenings while we unwound from a day of adventure.
