The switch for the lamp next to the bed was above the lamp which meant you had to get out of bed to shut it on or off. The buffet was good, but the eggs are cold every day, the waitress service in the dining room for the buffet was excellent."

"Everything was just ok, which I expected for the price. I paid for the king suite which the jacuzzi jets didn’t work in, half lightbulbs were burnt out in the room, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. "

"We recently stayed at American Waterpark Resort as part of a dance competition being held at the facility. The room we booked had an infestation of ants and when we brought this to the attention of the hotel the only option they offered for resolution was to send maintenance to spray raid and put out traps (ants were all located on the bed and bedside wall) OR to send housekeeping to vacuum them up. We requested a change of room but were told that was not a possibility and 'was there anything else they could help with'. We were forced to find somewhere else to sleep for the night with no concern of the hotel as we still needed to be present at the facility for the dance competition."
