As you step inside Sea Breeze 208, the sunny decor and open living space inspire relaxation with cool coastal tones. Dual balconies overlooking both the Gulf of Mexico and the intracoastal waters allow you to never miss a view whether sunrise or sunset.

Enjoy a bright and open living area with cozy couches and a beachfront backdrop, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an eat-in island bar, and an adjacent dining area. The primary bedroom has access to an intracoastal balcony and an en suite bathroom with a decadent soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Additional amenities include TVs in the living room and bedrooms, free WiFi, and provided beach chairs and towels.

The Sea Breeze is a Gulf-front property with a heated beachside swimming pool, an oversize hot tub, a bocce court, a grilling patio, and direct access to the beautiful beach. Madeira Beach, affectionately known as Mad Beach, meanwhile, is a unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination. Great on the beach spot
Lovely views on the beach. Amenities not what I expected, had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels, for the very pricey amount we paid that should have been supplied. Needs an update, thought the condo would be 5 star for how expensive it was but certainly needs a bit of work. Extremely clean, pool and hot tub and that gorgeous beach, walking distance from the happening John's pass is a bonus.

Corner unit on the beach!
The property was exactly as listed and clean. It is a corner unit on the ocean, has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The balcony is the perfect place to view the sunset. John's Pass is walkable and offers a variety of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo and Area
This condo was absolutely stunning; the pictures don’t do it justice. It has been recently updated and has to be both one of the largest units we have stayed in and one of the most beautiful! Super clean, had everything you need for day to day cooking, beach gear etc. Balcony over looks pool and beach. We had an error with the touch less key pad and the management company answered immediately and fixed it within seconds; the communication was wonderful. It’s nice it’s right by the stairs too as the overall Condo elevator is slow. We will be back for sure!

Great Place right on the beach.
Location, Location was great, walking distance to all you need. The property was well maintained with easy beach access. Easy check-in and out was texted the door code the day we arrived. Heated pool and hot tub were great to have, but they changed the code to pool and beach on Wednesday and no one informed us, but we were able to get the code from others. As everyone else says the elevator is sooo slow. but being on the 2nd floor the stairs were easy enough just right outside the door. As for all the rules at the pool, we decided they were merely suggestions, since we saw the same people everyday bring out towels and then they would leave the pool, kids in the hot tub. Not a big deal we just started doing the same thing ourselves. Condo was well equipped had everything we needed to cook and spend time on the beach. Don't really like their nonrefundable policy when you book a year in advance (and life does happen). With all that said it was a great place to spend 7 days away from Missouri. We will for sure book again at Sea Breeze

We enjoyed the condo and it was very clean and had everything we needed. If I were to stay any longer than 2 days I would have wanted a washer and dryer in the unit. That's my only complaint. Paige

Location, location, location!
This condo is beautiful. Perfect location both in relation to the condo's location in the building and in terms of being beachfront as well as located close to many attractions within walking distance. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The view from the condo balcony makes this condo worth every penny. This condo was at the far right end of the condo building which made it quieter, larger than most others, and gave you a breathtaking view without feeling you were on display for those around you when out on the balcony. The master bath is so luxurious but the guest bathroom is amazing as well. Clean, spacious, super comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, every tool or supply you could need in the kitchen, great dishwasher, fridge, and stove, and I could say so much more! Loved the Roku TV in the living room so our teen could log into things like Netflix. Loved the small touches like board games in case of rainy days and the beach chairs and towels left behind for use. Even the laundry basket came in handy! Coin laundry was easily accessible on the 4th floor for us. There is only one elevator in the entire condo complex which can sometimes make things seem a little slow, but you can easily take the stairs up or down if you're really in a rush. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and there was a nice mix of couples, retirees, and families with kids. The beach access was AMAZING-- the beach felt private and wasn't crowded despite it being mid-June. Water was clear, warm, and beautiful. Gorgeous sunsets visible from the beach, the pool area, or your own balcony. The entire complex was quiet which is a change from a lot of other properties we've stayed in. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Keyless entry with the touchpad was a nice convenience when it came to checking in and not fretting about keeping up with a door key all week. We stayed a week and could have stayed a month! We will absolutely be back!

Everything was excellent, The view was gorgeous and everything was within walking distance.
Everything went well except, we had a water issue in the guest bathroom. The room was well represented in the details that was provided before reserving this for our family vacation. Everything was within walking distance as far as dinner or any other thing that we was wanting to do. Gorgeous view from the balcony and a beautiful sunset. The kitchen was well equipped and provided us with everything we needed. Very clean and well kept.. Would definitely do this again

Beautiful condo in prime location.
We cook many of our own meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook - including a crockpot! The access to the beach and pool was easily accessible. We had a great stay!
