Breakfast was horrible, they didn’t have real milk. You could feel the springs on the bed and ants in the room. No internet or tv connection. It was down the whole three nights we spent there. Hot tub was a cold tub and colder than the pool. Pool was dirty. Also no pool towels and there were aunts everywhere. Someone with strange behavior knock on our door multiple times at 1 am. Called the front desk and gave them room number and they said they would send security. Not sure if they ever came because they didn’t call back. Key card didn’t work most of the time. Staff was somewhat friendly and helpful. But we will never stay there again.
