"This is a wonderful house, perfect for a large family or two families. The house is cozy, convenient and very friendly, and the location can't be beat in terms of being near to Hunter Mountain, hiking trails and other great locations in the area. The host was incredibly proactive and helpful and we had an incredible time!"

"A quirky tiny cabin off the beaten path but in need of some upkeep, e.g. toilet not fully attached to the floor in the Tipi room, water has sulphur smell. We were only there for an overnight stay, and I sent a note once we were home, so hopefully the owners get a chance to fix things up! Pricey for its current condition."

"The most unique VRBO we have ever stayed at. An enlarged hunting lodge, it is definitely rustic, with small but modern bathrooms and WiFi. But the most amazing feature is the spacious deck, overlooking a 100’ waterfall roaring down a sheer cliff! Great base camp for hiking, both onsite and at nearby Shawangunk Ridge state parks and nature preserves. Highly recommend for outdoorsy types, especially hikers and rock climbers. "

"Beautiful stay! Secluded and accommodations were lovely, just like in the pictures. Amazing to wake up with the view of the trees and the birds chirping all around. Would love to stay again. I would recommend planning your itinerary before arriving because the WiFi was a little spotty. "
