"We came up for the eclipse and this house was perfect. The rear deck faces South so it got great sunlight (or lack of sun during totality haha) and the weather held up. Everything was communicated clearly and thoroughly via Evolve. No issues with getting to the property or checking in. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. There were some issues with the electrics when we arrived but the management company was easy to contact and responsive and everything was dealt with. The only negative for me was that there wasn’t space for the whole party to sit together to eat at once so we had to do a kid shift then an adult shift."
