Our family enjoyed our stay at the Lakeview Hotel! The beds were comfortable, the outdoor pool was wonderful (heated was such a perk!), and it was very convenient having food options on-site. We’d definitely book again!

Extremely disappointing — would never recommend Our stay at Sugar Beach Resort was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was nasty, and the shower had visible mold. The bed was also very uncomfortable. We specifically paid extra for a room with a view, but the front desk initially gave us a room with the view blocked by a large tree. They didn’t resolve the issue until we complained twice. Why advertise and charge for a view if you’re not going to provide it? The “breakfast” was honestly shocking. It was basically a box of cheap packaged junk food, a very cheap muffin or donut, and a banana. Calling this breakfast is extremely misleading. If you don’t provide breakfast, just say so. Charging guests for it and then providing this is ridiculous and feels like a scam. Yes, the beach is beautiful, but the amenities were poorly maintained. The chairs and frames were dirty, many were broken, and the umbrellas were smelly and nasty. A beautiful beach cannot make up for poor cleanliness, uncomfortable accommodations, misleading breakfast, and terrible maintenance. I would never stay here again and would strongly warn others to think twice before booking this resort.

we really enjoyed our stay room was very clean, the bed was super loved the down quilt on the bed ,staff was very helpful helped carry our luggage and gave us a tour of all the amenities,we will definitely back
