The villa is within walking distance of the Largo neighborhood pools and recreational center and conveniently close to several Executive and championship golf courses.

The villa offers spacious accommodation including a large kitchen with a breakfast nook, a large spacious living room with a leather recliner sofa and a large TV, a king bed master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe, a comfy guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full 2nd bathroom, a large study, laundry room with top of the range washing machine and dryer, a lovely sunroom/lanai, and an outdoor back patio with a gas barbeque. The sunroom is surrounded by trees and plants, which provides privacy.
