Area around hotel is a little sketchy, but room was clean and tidy. Recent updates at property were a nice bonus and a good price. When I arrived at the front desk, the man working refused to check me in because my ID and credit card had different last names. I have recently gotten married and tried to explain that my new credit card had not come in yet, he was rude and told me it didn’t matter and I would be unable to check in or get a refund for my stay. I was able to find an old student ID in my car that he accepted with my non-legal last name. Breakfast attendant in the morning was very kind and courteous!

The room and property were fine. I do not appreciate a hotel where I expect at least a Continental breakfast only to be met with a charged breakfast of $12. Just add breakfast in to cost of the room please.
