"The house and location were fantastic. The kitchen, laundry, and bedroom amenities were well stocked and very clean. The location was a few miles drive from downtown Williamsburg. We were able to visit Jamestown, Yorktown, and colonial Williamsburg within a 15 minute drive. We texted the owners a couple times for recommendations on restaurants and they provided a response within minutes. All great recommendations. There is a lot of great restaurant choices nearby. We would stay here again!"

"Jeff's place is absolutely stunning! It's cleaner than places that don't allow dogs and is very well furnished. At the time we stayed there was no internet or television but seriously, you won't miss those. When you drive in you're not just pulling up from the road into a driveway, you're driving onto a small resort - through a gate that's well off the main road, past what looked like a boat house, around a roundabout, past a pole shed (game house), through a larger parking lot into the smaller lot in front of the house. The beach front is more than large enough, I think 500 ft, but because of the shape of the coast line and the distance to the surrounding neighbor's piers you visually have hundreds of yards. Unlike many places whose photos hide houses just outside of the shot, you won't see the neighbors, not by a long shot. But knowing they are there is good - waved at a couple during our walks off the property (the only time in the week we were there that we left the property). A good stay, I can't say enough!"

"We had a lovely last minute vacation. The property was very homey and had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and pleasant. The area was quiet and the little yard was perfect for our dog. I would advise planning ahead for any trips for groceries and activities. While we enjoyed our first experience on the car ferry, we did need to adjust our schedules a bit. It was a great place to relax and have some late summer fun before school started. "

"We rented the house as lodging and a central location while family and friends came to town for a local funeral. The house fully suited our needs with plenty of rooms and space for everyone to be together or take time on their own. The view of the river is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit last night. Overall a great experience and we’re already talking about renting it again for a few days this summer."

"We had a great weekend and loved the set up of the two condos joined by that hallway. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all basic supplies we needed. Units could def use some updating- couch super worn in one of the units,, drapes and bed skirts look sloppy, could use new carpeting, but didn’t really affect how great our weekend was!"
