“It was amazing ”

“There was plenty of space in house and activities for the quiet break we were looking for. The house however was not clean. It was full of pet hair in the carpet and on the furniture. Rentals that house pets should consider furniture that can wiped down and floors that can be swifted. The resort manager promptly responded to our concerns and sent someone over to vacuum, even on Thanksgiving. ”

“House was nice and they had things like a pack n play, kids plate, and laundry basket which are small details but helpful with a family. Only downfall was no dressers in the rooms so you had to set things on the ground (which is only a problem because of having little kids). ”

“When we checked in Friday evening we found around 100 bugs crawling on the walls, ceilings and flooring bedding (mostly upstairs) but found them on the main floor also. Saw a bunch of dead ones as well in the window sills. They look like ladybugs but are actually Asian lady beetles. We killed as many as we could but an exterminator visit would be recommended. Also, the hot tub worked fine while using it but when we went to turn it off and close the cover, the screen read FLO like there was……

“This was a great house. It was very comfortable and the kitchen items were well stocked. Master bedroom bed was so comfortable! Pillows were comfy and there were plenty. Downstairs bathroom had amazing water pressure in the shower. The amenities at Innsbrook are awesome. My grandkids loved the pool and the beach. Wi-fi was good. Check in and out was easy. The view was BEAUTIFUL at the house and at Innsbrook! Loved the recycling ability. ”

“The place is beautiful with spectacular amenities. We had a bit of a problem with flies on the inside, but it was probably because it had gotten cold while we were there and they just wanted to come in and get warm. The beautiful deck, fire pit, and hot tub were much enjoyed.”

“Great house! All the amenities you need and then some. Lake has a Lilly pad which was a nice surprise. Front office room does stay a bit warm during the summer so we had to keep a fan circulating air into that room to keep it cool. ”

“Was a great home and wonderful location. I would recommend this place to anyone with a good size group. Plenty of room to accommodate”
