“The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean……

“Very clean with high ceilings and large windows. Brand new furnishings and appliances. Comfortable mattress. Subway station right out the door. Faneuil Hall 15 minutes walk, North end 20 minutes. Easy, clear instructions for check in. Great place!”

“The property was excellent. The owners make a point with providing comfort (beds, couches, etc.), which is a gamble for traveler seeking rentals. I have stayed at places that skimp on quality and the result is a dissatisfying stay. NOT HERE.”

“Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours.”

“Nice and picturesque flat in Savin Hill (South Boston). Kitchen well equipped. Just 5 minutes from the metro station (red line), 15 minutes by metro to downtown. Nice area with a supermarket and a pub.”

“Place is super clean exactly like the pics. Everything was easy to find and everyone was comfortable sleeping (even on the pull out pad). Area is super close to a bunch a restaurants and walkable places. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Boston.”

“We loved this space. It was exactly as described and what we needed. The bedrooms were adorable. The host was quick to respond to our questions. If’s right by the T and easy to get into other parts of the city. We wished there had been a few other things in walking distance (good Italian restaurant and coffee shop by T) but it was easy to get where we wanted to go.”

“This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable,……

“The location of this rental was ideal - close to downtown Boston, JFK Library, Franklin Park Zoo, train stop, etc. It is in a lovely neighborhood with good restaurants, parks, grocery store, ice cream shop, and more. And it was wonderful having an off-street parking spot.”

And if you want to go for a walk at the Boston Harborwalk, it’s only less than half a mile away. We will definitely book this condo next time we go back to Boston. “My family and I stayed in this property for the Army Navy game. It was fantastic. Great space, very central location, easy access to parking and safe neighborhood. The open space was perfect for our family to cook and relax together. We walked and ran in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The hosts were responsive and always available. We highly recommend this home.”

“So....the parking was a little rough, however, the owner was very upfront about the parking so we knew what to expect. The neighborhood was amazing....we could pretty much get anything we wanted within 5 blocks. Stairs....again rough...but again the owners were very upfront. So if you read the whole post you totally know what to expect. Only 2 things I'd offer for advise....we had a little one with us and we would have liked a lock on the top of inside of front and back door. Wifi was a little……

“We enjoyed our stay! We loved having our coffee in the little garden in the mornings before we left for a day of exploring! We would recommend that the porch entry way drain be repaired. There was rain while we were there and had to walk in water to get in the door. Other than that we had a wonderful trip.”

“What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
