“This upstairs one bedroom apartment would be perfect for one person or a couple visiting Rochester. I stayed for the week of Christmas and would stay again. ”

“Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. ”

“Cute studio apartment in a rustic home conveniently located near Brighton / Penfield. Easy access to expressway and short drive to pick up groceries / supplies or visit the local shops and restaurants. The room is clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our trip and would return again.”

“We were in the area to see my daughter play college athletics. Love being this close to the Lake. Beach was amazing . Beach access just a few houses away.House was just as pictured. Comfortable with everything you would need. Was surprised there wasn't any shampoo and soap in the shower but I knew there was a store close by. Communication and access was very easy. ”

“Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. ”
