"From checking in to checking out the front desk staff has been helpful and very polite. The room was clean and beautiful and I slept amazing. "

"Only issue we had was maintenance. We stayed for 7 days and never had anyone come in to clean our room. On another note, we didn't have any drawers in bathroom and bedroom."

"The hotel is basic but it is clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. That is really all I am looking for in a hotel. They do have a pool, exercise room, and laundry - I did not use any of that but it is available. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. One was not but you find that one bad apple in every group. I would stay there again and recommend it to those visiting Lackland AFB. "
