My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

Definitely the best resort I have ever stayed at, food so good, very clean, staff so nice.

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. This was my second time around and as always, the resort is so beautiful & very modern. I enjoyed the one bedroom suite beds are very comfortable. Amazing hotel!!!! Stayed for 4 nights as an adult vacation. Everything was excellent from food, drinks, hospitality and cleanliness. Definitely booking again very soon.

Must knows: At the airport… just keep walking and find your transport outside. Do not stop to speak to the people at the counters. They are selling you tickets to timeshare presentations. At the hotel… Skip the ‘vacation club’ presentation if you don’t want to lose 6-8 hours and spend $50k. It is not 90 minutes and it’s not cheap. The property was amazing. The food was great. Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.

Villa Del Palmar is a great Cancun Resort. It really caters to families with it's amazing pools, super friendly staff & comfortable rooms. For the most part, the restaurants offer very good food, but a little pricey. A few of the downsides are, the beach was overtaken by seaweed, so don't expect much from that (stay around the pool), there isn't much near by, so you pretty much stay at the resort or do an excursion (Isla Mujares is a must). What made our stay most enjoyable is we relaxed and still had great options to keep our 3 year old busy. We don't like overly crowded and party atmosphere resorts and this was the perfect fit. It allowed us the recharge time for quiet moments by the pool with great service and then still could get away to take a kayak or private boat out for the day which was so convenient and overall a wonderful vacation for us as a family of 3.

Just returned from a week at Dreams Playa Mujeres. We booked this property because it shares privileges with Secrets, which is connected via 5 minute walk on a pathway or a quick golf cart ride. This made our stay better because we could jump between properties. Our only complaint was on our first day the check in process wasn’t as smooth as we hoped, as they need 1-2 more staff checking in guests on the busy days like the weekends. Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!
