Nice modern looking hotel with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Loved the hot breakfast options! Close to airport with free shuttle, lots of transportation options into downtown.

The hotel is right next to 3 restaurants and a fashion mall so it’s a quick walk from there. Also super convenient for events like conventions at the Donald Convention Center. Good service and free WiFi is a plus. Great parking garage location with easy access, plus 18 check in so that’s a bonus for me. Overall, excellent experience worth the money spent on for the nights my buddy and I stayed.

Excellent, friendly service from start to finish turned a potentially awful 25hr O'Hare layover into a very pleasant experience.

Quiet. Needs more outlets, more end tables and nightstands. No USB ports. Had to pay for internet. Well used but clean.

Staff were incredibly polite, helpful and patient. If I decide to go to the con in the area again I will choose this hotel in a heartbeat!!! Extremely good hotel for the price I had paid, comfortable and clean rooms. When checking out alone a staff member let me know I was welcome to ask for help and when asked sided me in carrying my luggage from my room to the area to check out. Just a short walk to the air tram. Easy to connect to the CTA blue line. Perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight! They gave me a two bedroom suite at no extra charge!

Very nice clean and conveniently located hotel with very polite and accommodating personnel. Great experience almost everywhere. Charging for basic WiFi in 2022 is like charging for water and electricity. Any Days Inn in a middle of nowhere has free WiFi not sure why Mariott is nickel-diming guests on this.

Hotel is adjacent to Allstate Arena, super convenient accommodations if you are attending an event there. Bunch of dining options nearby too.

Best overall hotel experience of my life - no comparison. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew and especially Ian the " bartender" who is more of a legend than an employee. You all blew my expectations out of the water and set an impossibly high bar for future stays.

Close to O’Hare. Reasonably priced. Back of the property is run down.
