La propiedad es perfecta para relajarse

The good: Hotel physical features were fantastic, hotel pool is great and the location of the hotel itself is great with a little street with restaurants, massage parlors, and mini-marts. The bad: Internet connection did not really work most of the time. In addition, the hotel staff provided a horrible service. First, they denied that the Christmas Eve dinner was included and tried to charge us US$70 per person, even though our reservation clearly stated that it was. We had to call Expedia and after spending 1 hour on the phone and clarifying that the dinner was indeed included, they still denied it (by the way I'd avoid any hotel dinners as the performance was a joke and one person in our group got food poisoning). In addition, they made us move rooms when we only had one day left in the hotel on the grounds that they had to perform some sort of maintenance. However, the day after we moved we saw people in the terrace of the room, meaning that they in fact did not have to perform maintenance, but had double booked our room. They were evasive in their answers to us when we asked them about the dinner or the change of rooms

Es un resort de 10/10, el personal desde recepción , camareros, conductores, todos son excelentes,la comida deliciosa y variada. Se preocupan que tú estancia en el hotel sea la mejor. Gracias, gracias, gracias. Volveremos algún día y lo vamos a recomendar a todos nuestros amigos.
