The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

This is by far the best resort in Riviera Maya! This was our second time there and we will be back. The property is stunning. Natural mangroves run all throughout. The walking on the grounds is beautiful. You have access to all four properties no matter which one you stay at. We love Kantenah, but Colonial and White Sands are equally great. The room was more than we ever expected! THE FOOD! OMG it’s amazing. Highly recommend El Gaucho in the TRS side. It’s the best food I’ve ever eaten.

When we made the reservation, we does not know is a nudist hotel. On the hotel advertising don't said anything about it, they have to be more explicit about the hotel theme.
Is a hotel 5 🌟, the attention, the food, the transportation, the views, the ammenities, the details,is excellent. Is a peacefully place, very private and full of sorprises.

First and foremost: The food and drinks were phenomenal. Everything that we were served all week was exceptional. Drinks were never watered down, food didn’t taste cheap or frozen.
Make sure you take advantage of your private host. You communicate via text on WhatsApp, and they will facilitate everything for you from dinner reservations, booking taxis into town, decorating the room for a birthday, etc. We had Ricardo and he was so easy to work with. In a matter of minutes any request I asked...

We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!

This is a beautiful resort. The grounds are gorgeous and are immaculate! The wonderul sandy beach is perfect for a swim or float. You can also snorkle on site. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The staff is amazing, and goes out of their way to make sure that your every need is met. With a vast array of restaurants, food is plentiful and is very good.

Loved the resort and the new inclusive packages. We did have some hiccups with our doors but overall the stay was wonderful. Plan your flights knowing you have at least an hour and 15min ride between hotel and the airport. As check the free shareda shuttle and try to get an estimate on the pickup times to help plan your flights as well

We stayed for 5 days for our honeymoon and everything was absolutely wonderful. We had complimentary room service which was wonderful but the buffets and a la cartes were amazing as well. Everything was very flavorful, and the options were endless. Our room was huge with a king bed and jacuzzi tub on our balcony. The maids made us towel animals each day, and consistently stocked our mini fridge. The beach did have a lot of seaweed the first day we were there but it was cleaned up the next day...

positives
===============
-Friendly staff
-nice evening entertainment
-free room service, the room's fridge is free inc the alcohol
-8 different restaurants/buffets to choose from (servers were great)
-free red wine at every meal
-The quality of the food is good. I wish I could just eat 12 hours a day!
-beach is only a 3-5 minute walk
-The beach had lots of chairs, etc.
-cool little animals running around (lots of different kinds)

Villas de Rosa Beach Resort was great. If you're looking to escape the mega resort trap and get out on your own, this is the place for you. The staff was soooo great. A big thank you to Noel, the manager, our cleaning crew, and every staff member we encountered. They gave great recommendations of things to do and really looked after us.
The beds were very comfortable, clean rooms, and kitchen was well stocked with all that you need. The beach is perfect, powdery white and the ocean so warm....

My wife and my 4 daughters stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace to celebrate my daughter’s 15th Birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were friendly. The service exceptional. The pools were amazing. The pool water is warm and we were able to swim in them at night. We never had a problem finding pool chairs or beach chairs. The beach is beautiful with white sand and palm trees everywhere to give u shade. The Caribbean Sea had different tones of aqua blues that were incredible. The 6...

My husband and I came to Akumal Bay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved our stay! The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come here again and plan to do so in the future. I highly recommend having a photo shoot done with their on site photographer Conrado who is amazing at what he does and I am SO GLAD we got these pictures to commemorate our special time here.

Hotel Lunata is a gem situated on Playa del Carmen's charming 5th Avenue, and one block from Playa's main beach. Even though our room overlooked 5th Avenue, the triple-insulated balcony doors assured peace and quiet. The hotel is reminiscent of a hacienda, and has a lovely private - and very quiet - garden. The complimentary continental breakfast was tasty, with fresh fruit and Mexican pastries along with cereals, coffee, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Perhaps the best attribute of the...
