"This was my first trip to New York City. I had no idea which part of town was convenient for staying while touring the city. Four Points Sheraton was a great option for the price. It is an older building so the rooms aren't very big (at least mine wasn't), but it served it's purpose as a place to rest up. The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean and well maintained. Construction across the street (which is no fault of Sheraton) would be my only downside if I was looking for...

"Breakfast place is kinda small. It’s hard to look for table to sit. Kinda noisy because small. The room we got was near elevator and people were going in and out and loud."

"I was in time square area for business . Hotel was decent enough in a good location to walk to many restaurants and attractions but they had 0 amenities . No bar , coffee station ( only a coffee maker in your room) no lounge / business area ,just a small check in area. It makes it very hard to justify the daily resort fees on top of the crazy NY taxes . Room was very small per usual and had a slight order . May be time to clean the carpets. The staff was very nice. "Great stay! lounge nice for coffee, breakfast, and gym workout. Room was big, clean and quiet. Excellent view of NYC skyline. Plenty of good restaurants within two blocks away, and subway across the street. Convenient to so much. Staff is gracious and helpful, always a smile! Hope to return in the future! "
