We stayed for 1 night while on a road trip. We had a really good time!!
The hotel is VERY clean and nicely decorated. The King Suite we had was modern and very cute. The bathroom seemed brand new and very clean. The bed was very comfy and the linens were of excellent quality. The lobby has a nice sitting area with a fire place. The fitness center is small but clean, it has two treadmills, and one stationary bike or elliptical (I don't remember which). They have a small business center with a computer and a printer available for their guest. The hotel has no restaurant in it, and so the breakfast is a coffee bar with egg sandwiches served to order. While a problem for some, it didn't really bother us, we went for breakfast to Pheobe's (delicious food!).
I would like to stress that the room and the bathroom were really very clean, which for us was extremely important. Also, the complementary toiletries were of very good quality.

Through my extended stay I used the free shuttle service back and forth to the Hospital, so my rental car was completely snow covered with about 18 inches of snow. On a return trip to get my car I mentioned it in a passing conversation with the shuttle driver. Without being asked, he went to one of their other hotels, picked up an employee and him shovel my car out of the snow for me. And then the "shoveler" stayed until he was sure I could get the car over the new snow bank caused by digging my car out. I've never had such great service! All the staff was friendly, cordial, and helpful. The buffet breakfast is good and would be terrific is they could figure out how to have some fresh cut fruit with it. On any return stay, I won't even rent a car but use their shuttle from the airport as well.

Amazing Inn with one of the best restaurants in the Syracuse area. Room was clean, spacious and price worthy...definitely will keep this one as a favorite. Took our son up to College and had a whirlwind shopping and scenic tour of the city in four short days. Easy city to maneuver and the people were extremely helpful and friendly. My first time in New York and I was impressed with how green and environmentally sound this area of New York presented itself. I cannot wait to return.
