“Cockroaches in lobby!”

“Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and is a great halfway stop on the way to Destin. The staff was friendly, and the front desk lady was polite and tried to help. Unfortunately, our experience with the room cleanliness was disappointing. When we first used the restroom, we found the toilet seat dirty. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, we were told there was no housekeeping available until the morning and no other rooms were available. Eventually, we were moved……

“The only issue I had was the bed was very uncomfortable. I told the office and they said they were going to replace the mattress. I hope so.”

“Sweet older lady and a guy working front desk was so nice and helpful but that one girl was very rude did not care about cleaning the pool the flies was everywhere in the lobby the alarms went off twice Friday night I was so exhausted and not happy with my stay 😩😩 not to mention the kids running down the halls and nothing was done about it”

“This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were perfect. And staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Breakfast was great. I’ll be back!”
