“One of, if not, the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We book our stay at this hotel every time we visit the area to see concerts at Brandon Amphitheater. Very nice staff is another huge plus! The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and shopping as well. ”

“I never eat hotel breakfasts, but it smelled good. The rooms inside condition was wonderful and freshly updated. The halls could use some updating. Needs new carpet and walls and doors painted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area is fenced and gated for security which is a plus. Price was good and location to Jackson State was a plus. ”

“Staff was friendly, even though I ran into an issue upon arrival when my assigned room wasn’t ready at check-in time. After a long, rough drive, that left me worn out this definitely didn’t help my mood—but the front desk handled it well and quickly took care of me. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and TV. The location is convenient, right off the interstate, with a Target, shopping center, and several restaurants just a short drive away. No……

“Horrible experience. They gave a key to our room to another family who woke us up in the middle of the night then wanted ME to come to the lobby. They did not have breakfast although it was listed on the amenities. No soap in the bathroom”

“This property is not representative of Hampton Inn. Ran out of breakfast at 9:00 a.m. didn't replenish until 9:50, breakfast is over at 10:00 a.m. They did leave the buffet open later. The room had a terrible stinch. The tracks in the shower had mold and mildew. The tracks for the closet door in the bedroom were filthy and didn't slide well. the kitchen consisted of a microwave and mini refrigerator. I DO NOT recommend this property and will never stay here again.”

“The view was nice! The young lady that checked us in was very polite and considerate as the house keeper for our floor. I assume this other guy was a manager on duty at our check in he was not friendly at all. I will not let this stop me from staying at the Comfort Inn just never that one.”
