“This is our 2nd time going to this hotel and our 1st experience was much better. We had a busted outlet in the kitchen that was never addressed so we had to make coffee in the lr area. The pool was closed 1 day and when it did reopen the rooftop bar was only open 2 out of the 5 days we were there. We were there from Saturday to Friday we had to request new towles and coffee on Tues and housekeeping finally came around on Wednesday to ask if we needed supplies and came the next day as well. ……

“Great distance to the beach. The room needs to be updated, rusty hinges in the bathroom, the table was all scraped up and the carpet was very dirty. Walking on it with white socks turned black very quickly. Whatever they use for cleaning products was so strong when we got there, it was gross. The pool looked nice on the 4th floor but we didn’t use it. Served its purpose for a few days but definitely not worth what we paid.”
