I was given a trash bag and told to go back to my room and get all of the used towels. There was no room service. When I woke up at 3 AM I was greeted with a huge water bug looking to be a roach. Very weird smell in the hotel. No amenities were provided. I feel as the pictures of the hotel and description was very……
