“There is only one place in our mind to stay at the Amish country in Ohio and it’s the Carlisle at Sugarcreek the campus is beautiful with a full service restaurant bakery and old farm house converted into a gift shop you won’t go wrong the rooms are immaculate the breakfast is hot delicious and plentiful view from the balconies is serene farmland in every direction it’s simply amazing 10/10 would recommend”

“Great place to spend over night”

“We were very disappointed to find that our room was actually a smoking room ( even though the front desk promised that it wasn’t). The odor when we opened up the door was over powering. ( our cpap machines the next night at home even had the odor). The sofa in the room was gross, old, saggy and stained. The bathroom was very small and the sink was part of the kitchenette. You might ask why did we stay, the answer we could not find any other rooms in the area.”

“This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting: the carpet smelled heavily of urine and feces, and there were actual blood stains on the wall. The shower was incredibly dirty and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, people were openly smoking weed right at the main entrance, making the environment feel completely unsafe for a family. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this property. It is a major health and safety hazard. Do not bring……
