“Clean rooms staff and management are wonderful”

“Room was very clean and hotel even had maid service. Staff was pleasant and cordial. My only issue is that the listed services on web site were not available . The kitchen is no more than micro and fridge, the hot plate is there but no cooking pots,pans ,plates or utensils. The pool is not open and doesnt look like it will be ever, laundry door sign says out of order so thats useless. Please update listing to match”
