“We stayed here during a long road trip after spending nights at several Quality Inns and other hotels, so we had a good basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this was one of the less pleasant stays. The room had a strong Pine-Sol smell, and the hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. It was also disappointing to find that the guest laundry was no longer available, and the vending machines that were once on each floor have also been removed. The staff were friendly and courteous, and I don’t blame……

“Der erste Eindruck wurde glücklicherweise nicht bestätigt, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage - direkt oberhalb des Mississippi, viele Geschäfte und Tankstellen in der Nähe. Zimmer waren gut, Klimaanlage ein wenig laut (war schon älter). Können wir guten Gewissens empfehlen.”

“Apparently our reservation did not include breakfast, so we missed out on that thanks to Expedia. Room was comfortable but not adequately air conditioned. TV was not working. Sink was clogged, and shower took forever to get warm water. House and yard need some TLC. Cat was friendly to the point of being a little bothersome. Meowed and scratched at door most of the night.”

“We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The room had a refrigerator that was not working and had mold inside. When I opened the door the smell was horrid. The air conditioner blew cool air……
