“With Breakfast everything was out of order and tables were all dirty. Hotel staff was sitting behind front counter talking guest had to go ask for things including the omelettes that were kept in the freezer. When booking a room for 6 guestst they only include 4 wristbands the others you need to purchase. Staff in the waterpark was inconsistent one day my grandson was ok you use the big water slide being a 1/2 to short. The next day it was a no. He can't go down them.”
