"Bedding is really old and mattress and pillow really cheap quality, breakfast is included but nothing special, bad coffee and flies everywhere. No elevators so I had to haul my luggage to the 3rd floor, the lock of my door was loose almost falling apart, on top of that but accident I broke the keychain of the key, (cheap plastic) they want me to pay 30 bs for that. Around 5 usd. When I said I don’t think is fair to paid that amount for a keychain that is old, the receptionist start yelling at...

"The front desk staff was amazing! We checked in during a rain storm and the hotel had been hit by lightning and their computers and they computers were out. The staff maintained their professionalism and got us in a room quickly. Thank you for your help "
